Engineering Construction Company Karkas supplied and accomplished mounting of the building of "Furniture and Design House" located at ring road in Kyiv. Spot space of the quickly-mounted building supplied amounted to 9475 sq. m and the peculiarity of the project was that the building is constructed on the basement storey of 4 m height. Light metalwork enabled the customer to save money when constructing concrete basement.

In addition, the building of Furshet supermarket of 11 664 sq. m has been constructed in Eupatoria. The building project took into consideration seismicity of 7 points and façade elements of the building followed corporate colours of the customer. Mounting works were carried out ahead of the scheduled time and the project was completed 15 weeks after construction had been launched which is 3 weeks before the scheduled time-limit. Such speed of mounting is explained by complete quickly-mounted building which is more advantageous if compared with non-complete or module buildings.

Karkas plans to supply 16 buildings in 2008. All the contractual obligations towards the customers are fulfilled in due time and with high quality standard of works which is the trait of the company.
