On October 13, 2008, Karkas Company celebrates the 8th anniversary of its establishment.

Starting from the small enterprise that supplied quickly-mounted buildings we have grown to become the market leader offering our Customers an integrated approach to construction of commercial real estate.

Having studied the experience of European countries the company’s founders got convinced that quick construction technology would top the list of commercial real estate construction technologies in Ukraine.

We searched for the supplier that would meet our vision of customized building for business purposes structured of metalwork frame. We found these criteria met in Luxembourg company Astron Buildings S.A. that has been manufacturing complete set buildings for more than 40 years.

Still in 2002 we constructed three buildings, the first of them being construction material supermarket Newton in Cherkasy. Our customers were satisfied with our cooperation which encouraged them to make next construction orders.

In 2004 we started branch networking. Today our company has six representative offices in the largest Ukrainian cities, which ensures proper quality service throughout Ukraine.

In 2004 and 2006 our company was recognized the largest Astron dealer in Europe by constructed space. Starting from 2006 we are the first in market segment of metalwork quickly-mounted buildings in Ukraine.

Last year we enhanced our range of services responding to willingness of our Customers to make construction works on turn-key basis. Currently, our company offers supply and assemblage of complete set quickly-mounted buildings added with designing and general contracting services.

We have constructed 53 buildings with total space of 340 thousand sq. m for 8 years. Meanwhile, 18 buildings with total space of 180 thousand sq. m are underway.

The number of recurrent orders made by our Customers amounts to 14, which is the evidence of strong confidence in our company.
