Jointly with its European partner Astron Buildings S.A., KARKAS company offers its customers a unique lending possibility when purchasing Astron buildings to construct commercial real estate.

The new offer may be enjoyed by Ukrainian companies planning to purchase Astron-produced quickly mounted buildings from KARKAS to construct a shopping mall, logistic or production complex, car showroom or sports complex.

Maximum credit amount (up to EUR 5 000 000) may be extended for a term up to 5 years at annual interest rate up to 5%. Such credit may only be obtained by companies presenting their accounting balance sheets for at least 3 years, having equity ratio not exceeding 3 and money reserve to monetary assets norm 1,5.
