Wall system PA/PI

Wall exterior panels PA – cold-shaped steel panels. Steel sheets of thickness 0.50 mm, grade S350 GD, is used. Width of the panel is 900 mm, rib height is 29 mm. Rust-proofing is ALUZINC or GALFAN or Zn. Outer coating is Superpolyester or PVDF.

Wall interior panels PI – cold-shaped steel panels made of steel sheets of thickness 0.47 mm, grade S350 GD. Width of the panel is 1200 mm, rib height is 18.5 mm. Rust-proofing is ALUZINC or GALFAN. Outer base coating and coating of Superpolyester of light beige colour.

Insulation of wall system includes thermal insulation ASTROTHERM and isoblocs.

ASTROTHERM thermal insulation is the mats made of fiberglass (density 16 kg/m³) with pasted mat of steam insulation. To ensure efficient steam insulation while thermal insulation inserting, sides of the steam insulation are fixed with stainless steel braces.

Isoblocs are the foam propylene elements of rectangular cross section of thickness 19 mm and density of 80 kg/m³ installed between the wall panels and wall purlins to reduce thermal bridges.

Fixing elements. To fix the panels to the wall purlins and between themselves self-threading screws are used with nylon head of the same colour as outer panels.
