Roofing system LPR Roofing panels LR are the cold-shaped steel panels made of steel sheet of thickness 0.5 mm, grade S550. Width of the panel is 1000 mm (3 modules per 333.3 mm), basic rib height is 38 mm, supplementary rib height is 5 mm. Rust-proofing is ALUZINC or GALFAN or Zn. Outer coating is base coating with Superpolyester or PVDF coating. Roofing insulation include thermal insulation ASTROTHERM and isoblocs. ASTROTHERM thermal insulation is the mats made of fiberglass (density 16 kg/m³) with pasted mat of steam insulation. Isoblocs are the tapered-shaped foam propylene elements of thickness 25 mm and density of 80 kg/m³ installed between the roofing panels and roof purlins to reduce thermal bridges. Fixing elements. To fix the panels to the roofing purlins and between themselves stainless self-threading screws are used with special gasket. In overlaps of the panels (in longitudinal and lateral directions) sealing tape mastic is used. On the eaves of the roof sealing shutoff plates are put which resemble panel profile. Advantages of the LPR system:
Roofing system DSR Roofing panels, outer LR panels and inner LS panels, are the cold-shaped steel panels made of steel sheet of thickness 0.5 mm, grade S550. Auxiliary structure is W-shaped galvanized steel installed with self-threading screws on the outer panel. Special galvanized steel shapes are installed on S-shapes in longitudinal direction fixed with self-threading screws. Outer roofing panel is fixed to the latter through isobloc with stainless self-threading screws. Roofing insulation include thermal insulation ASTROTHERM and isoblocs. ASTROTHERM thermal insulation (thickness of 200 mm) is the mats made of fiberglass (density 16 kg/m³) arranged in 2 layers. Advantages of DSR system:
Panels LMR600 Roofing system involving outer panels LMR 600 is the waterproof floating membrane. LR panels can be replaced with LMR 600 panel in any system. LMR600 panels are the cold-shaped steel panels made of steel sheet of thickness 0.66 mm, grade S320, or 0.75 mm, grade S420. Working width of the panel is 600 mm, height of groove is 32 mm popping up over the working surface up to 50 mm. Cross ribs with spacing 150 mm allows moving on the roofing. Rust-proofing is ALUZINC. Auxiliary structure is the system of cantilevers installed through the isobloc on the purlins. Cantilever with slots for two sliding clips canted in double groove is attached to the panel with stainless self-threading screws, which provides free motion of the roofing panels under heat expansion or compression. To fix the panels to the side roofing purlins near the rain gutter stailess self-threading screws are used with special gasket. Eaves are the only place of stiff fixation of the panels to the frame. Panels are slipping to the fastigium of the roof. In the overlaps of the panels special retainer with welded threaded rods routed through the panel apertures punched at the factory. Its counterpart with drainage chutes is fixed over it with nuts. Tape mastic is put on the lateral joint between the panels on the construction site. Mastic on the longitudinal groove joint is put at the factory. |
