Quickly-mounted buildings for industrial purposes can be designed with account of weight lifting overhead cranes to be installed.

Standard supply set includes:

• Crane beams with welded rail 30x50 mm or 60x40 mm
• Fixing elements (screws, bolts …)
• Surface treatment: beams and rails are subjected to bead blasting treatment SA 2.5 and base coating of thickness 80-100 microns
• Memo with calculations and mounting lay-outs

Additional opportunities:

• Supply of hot-rolled rails for crane traveling;
• Bridge (without elasticity buffer);
• Structure painting.

Technical characteristics:

• Maximum standard lifting capacity: 15 mt (it is possible to calculate buildings of higher lifting capacity)
• Maximum span: 25 m
• Pillar span with crane beams: 6-9 m (lifting capacity of the crane is more than 12.5 mt, pillar span is up to 8 m)
• Types of cranes: I (I-beam) and II (H-beam)
• If more than one crane is installed on the rails, their zones of operation are separated by bridges
