Frameworks of multi-storeyed quickly-mounted buildings

Frameworks of multi-storeyed quickly-mounted buildings include:

  • Pillars
  • Roof beams
  • Floor structure frame
  • Purlins of roofing and walls
  • Trusses

Design of inner pillars will take into account requirements of the customer and interior design will consider peculiarities of its business.

Pillars, roof beams and floor structure beams can be produced of hot-rolled or welded steel sections. Structural elements of the building are fixed with galvanized high strength bolts. Depending on the purpose of the building, façade structures and building layout, vertical stability of the building can be ensured through several ways:

  • Wind trusses of round cross-section tension bars (basic solution, low cost, high efficiency)
  • Wind frames
  • Concrete zones as elevators shafts or stair flights

To ensure horizontal stability wind trusses are used in the roofing structure and diaphragm of the floor structures. Several types of floor structures can be used in the building, however, INODEK is the most innovative system. This system reduces height of the building and minimizes heating costs. Resistant coating:

  • All welded and hot-rolled structures are subjected to bead blasting treatment SA 2.5 and base coating of 80 microns to be protected for transportation and mounting.
  • All welded and hot-rolled structures can be galvanized, if necessary
